Variety: 100% Jerez

 Production: Natural maceration. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in the bottle for one year. Very old vines, over 30 years old, with low yields and excellent quality.

 Tasting notes: On the nose it is expressive, very aromatic, highlighting the aromas of apple and ripe fruit. On the palate it is smooth, balanced, with good acidity.

 Suggested pairings: Strong cheeses, smoked dishes, green asparagus, artichokes, nuts, salmon
