Variety: Treixadura, Godello and Albariño.

 Production: Light pressing. Natural maceration. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in the bottle for one year.

 Tasting notes: On the nose, aromas of white fruit, peach, citrus, and a floral touch. On the palate, it is fresh, long, balanced, and has good acidity.

 Suggested pairings: Scallops, octopus, mussels, white fish, soft cheeses and rice dishes
